Toddler Walks Quarter-Mile Alone

Carmel police?dispatcher Robert Lewandowski?stopped a diaper-clad toddler from entering Croton Falls Road as cars approached, reports LoHud. The incident occurred across the street from police headquarters after an?ex-Cub Scout named?Kian Bell, who was at the station with his mom, saw what he thought was a man approaching the street and pointed out the figure to his mother. The toddler was returned to his mother, who was not charged. LoHud reports that when family asked the toddler where he planned to go, the boy said to visit his grandfather.?
