Lambing, Restaurant Manager For The Sullivan Country Club

The Sullivan Country Club is pleased to announce that Christina Lambing, formerly of Catering, Etc., will be the new restaurant manager at the Sullivan Country Club.
Lambing spent many years with her parents, Richard and Ruth Ann Lambing, in the family business, Catering, Etc. and brings 30 years of experience in the food service industry to the exciting Sullivan Country Club Restaurant/Clubhouse.
The Lambing family has had a long tradition in the Sullivan food service business for nearly 70 years.? Edna Lambing, the late grandmother of Christina, owned and operated a coupled of restaurants in her career and also ran the Salvation Army Camp in Bourbon. Edna also worked in several local restaurants in Sullivan and Branson.
Christina Lambing is a graduate of Sullivan High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting.
?I?m very excited to begin this new addition to my career in the food service industry and looking forward to managing the Sullivan Country Club Restaurant,? said Lambing. ?We have some great menu items already on the menus and are adding additional items and special items.?
Lambing has worked 30 years in the food service industry including the family business, Catering Etc., working for Meramec Caverns Restaurant for nearly 25 years where she started out waiting on customers from behind the counter in her early days to working up to head chef/cook. Lambing also managed Elements Cafe for one year.
?I look forward to getting back out in the public and seeing some familiar faces as well as welcoming new faces into the Sullivan Country Club Restaurant,? said Lambing.
