local user config is deleted for roaming profiles

When running a local Domain server for a couple of PC's as i do.The users local data is wiped on logging off , thus the preferences for this app and the download lists dissapear each time DUHH
can a different location be spacified for the config file and file lists on the command line so that this app can be used
